All the funding deals in the robotics software market

In our updated market reports, you will find everything you need
The robotics software market is attracting large investments as companies build smarter and more useful robots.
We conducted deep research and collected 40 robotics software funding deals announced between Q1 2024 and Q2 2026.
We refresh this page very often to add new robotics software funding deals and improve the available information.
Insights
- The 40 robotics software funding deals raised about $4.84 billion in total. The robotics software market is moving from small developer tools toward highly funded artificial intelligence platforms.
- Funding accelerated each year. Robotics software companies raised about $847 million in 2024, $1.38 billion in 2025, and $2.61 billion during the first half of 2026.
- The first half of 2026 alone represented more than half of all capital identified since 2024. Skild AI, Rhoda AI, and Generalist AI drove much of this increase.
- Large foundation-model rounds dominate the robotics software market. Skild AI, Physical Intelligence, Rhoda AI, Generalist AI, and FieldAI raised several of the largest rounds.
- Skild AI raised $1.4 billion in Q1 2026. This single robotics software funding deal represented about 29% of all capital identified across the full period.
- Several robotics software companies raised more than once. Physical Intelligence, Dyna Robotics, RLWRLD, Skild AI, and Antioch returned to investors for additional capital.
- The robotics software market includes more than robot intelligence models. Investors also funded simulation, data infrastructure, fleet coordination, motion planning, observability, and developer platforms.
- Industrial robotics remains an important use case. T-robotics, Jacobi Robotics, Realtime Robotics, Augmentus, Trener Robotics, Sereact, and RLWRLD focus strongly on manufacturing environments.
- Robotics data is becoming a separate investment category. Foxglove, Rerun, Config, Neuracore, and Lyte help companies collect, understand, or use data from physical systems.
- Defense and autonomous-system software also attracted funding. Scout AI, Stanhope AI, Breaker, and Six Robotics develop intelligence or coordination software for demanding operational environments.
Summary table of the funding deals for the robotics software market since 2024
We define the robotics software market as software layers that help robots perceive, plan, navigate, simulate, coordinate, and operate safely.
It includes Robot Operating Systems, Simulation Software, Fleet Management Software, Robot Perception Software, Motion Planning Software, and Developer Tools.
It excludes broader adjacent markets unless the product is built specifically for this use case.
We focused exclusively on pure players, defined as companies with at least 70–80% of their business directly tied to the robotics software market.
Our analysis has been done at a global level with a minimum funding threshold of $300k.
If you want a longer-term view, we also have a study of how funding activity in the robotics software market has changed over the years.
